Spring break is fast approaching and I'm looking to use the week + off of school to get some muliti-pitch trad and some aid climbing in. I'm looking for advice on a destination and route suggestions. Here are my qualifiers: 1. south eastern united states i.e N.C., West Virginia, Georgia, etc. 2. long multipitch trad (are there any grade V's? that go free 10c and below?) 3. Single A1 pitch aid. (I've played around with aid gear and clean aided routes, but never led on pins etc., just a standard free climbing rack.) Basically, I'm heading to Yosemite this summer and want to get some exposure here at home while I have the opportunity. All suggestions are welcome. Thanks.

So I'll see you at Looking Glass then! Dress warm, north face aid all week. No A1 but you aren't looking for A1 to get experience, it sounds like you should climb Invisible Airwaves, 10c first pitch then classic A2 second pitch/third pitch linkup. That's what I'll be doing Friday (as in the day after tomorrow)! Mark

Yea if you want to aid in the east, Looking Glass is your best bet.
