Over the years I have heard some of these around the various CA areas, but never asked what they mean.
Crag Whore-does not refer to prostitution?
Crag Fag-not a Gay Climber?
Beta Sprayer-this is the only term I could figure out on my own.

A crag whore is more like the john than the prostitute. They wait around at the crag looking for a belay. Thats more like a crag junky though.
A crag whore is someone who can send all the routes at the crag because its the only place they go too then they spray all kinds of mindless babble that identifies them as some kind of badass.
Now a crag fag is someone who wairs those circa 80's fluorescent spandex climbing pants. This moniker is just misplaced and some of those pants I happen to think are very stylish.
Have you ever met a "Sport Slut"? or a "Mangler." I've heard these thrown around before I can only guess at the second one.

Dont use that as a handle..... :oops:
One I heard the other day in the gym was "spider monkey"....well....that had many different connotations as well. :roll:
