I'm a newbie climber who's at Inner Peaks all the time. Just curious if anyone else climbs there frequently as well.

There are several people who used to train there, but for various reasons have stopped going as far as I know. But! I know of people that still climb there, in fact, one of my best friends still climbs there weekly I believe (though nursing a shoulder injury).
You'll figure out who the regulars are, especially if you climb there at the same time each night/week, and take a look at who is climbing what (a regular may not be climbing in the bday party slab area, but may be TR'ing or leading in the cave, bouldering, or trying one of the more difficult routes out in the main area).

I'm out there once or twice a week. Usually get there after work around 5:30 or 6. I'm usually there on Thursdays, but make it out other days as well, depending on my schedule.
