I get a big ass tub of it at Costco... I can't remember the brand off hand but it's pretty good stuff and it's a decent price. It comes in Vanilla and Chocolate, but I prefer vanilla. Often I will put a scoop of it on top of my cereal in the morning since it clumps up too much just mixed in a glass of milk. I'll have to check the brand when I get home from work.

Yes, I am going to reinforce what everyone else says, either skim or soy milk, it actually tastes "SHUTTER" good, imagine that, I used to just use water for the longest time, that was nasty, also a good blending goes a long way to eliminate the bombs.

I mix mine with a banana. If you blend it in a blender, no clumps, and even if you mix it with water it taste fine. I drink the vanilla one from Costco too. Its pretty tasty

I use a strawberry soy protein powder that tastes like CRAP, so I stick it in a blender with a 1/2 c. milk, 1/2 c. strawberry yogurt, 2 tsp. sugar, some frozen fruit, a coupla ice cubes and either a powdered instant breakfast packet or some ovaltine. Blend it 'till its like a milk shake and drink it down! The way I make it, it's nearly 40g. protein (I use high pro. milk) and it tastes really good. I also buy 10 lb. bags of frozen fruit at Sam's Club ($9.00) and the big box of instant breakfast ($7 for 22 packets, at one a day, not bad!) and the tubs of generic yogurt (1.50$ each, and they last 5 days or so). All in all, it's the cheapest meal I make, but really good for you. I'm cheap, I know. Oh, but I have a good recipe for home made protein bars...PM me if you want me to send it to ya!

Howdy: I keep some fruit frozen (so that it lasts longer) and toss 1/2 a bananna and 1-2 frozen strawberries or some frozen blueberries in with vanilla or chocolate whey. If you are going to do this, get the whey with low carbs to start with or you might defeat the purpose. 1 tablespoon of molasses, also. Enjoy! -Kate.

I use the natural flavor Lo-Carb whey, add a pack of instant breakfast, a dash of some flavored international coffee (currently on a cafe vienna kick) add a few ice cubes, and shake it up in one of those shaker cups. It's about 200 calories, give or take. Another way (whey?) I do it, which is messier and more time consuming is to get a packet of frozen acai berry puree (loaded in antioxidants), add a scoop of whey, a carton of berry yogurt, some apple juice or water, and ice cubes. Whirl it in a blender for a smoothy that carries me through a couple of hours in the gym. Anne

I have the plain no taste whey protein, I just add some ovaltine, yeah it adds calories and sugar but it has 50% of your vitamins!(ha like that matters.)
