Climbing season is here and I need to obtain a steady climbing partner! I need to get my hands back on the rock. I've been climbing off and on for over 8 years and have a full trad rack for almost anything here in the south. All my climbing will have to be on the weekends though (family man) - I can teach new people but again I am looking for a steady partner. I know the climbing areas well enough, Sand Rock, T-Wall, Sunset Park, Lost Wall, Rock Town etc. Generally will teach new climbers (free) during early months and advance as spring and summer come round. Road trips have included Linville, Looking Glass, New River, Red River, Yosemite, Hueco Tanks, Red Rocks.... If your interested reply to this post or send an email to climbit@comcast.net - jwhite165@comcast.net - Yahoo IM at hardeight_2003. Thanks for reading my post.

Do you mean Champagne Jam 5.12 c/d? If you can do that, you most likely already have a partner. I knew a guy once, Bob Ordner and another friend of mine Shannon Stegg who climbed at the gorge a lot. I also have a friend named Steve Goins who put a lot of routes at T-Wall. Like I said I got a family now and I just climb on the weekends. Check out the SCC if you looking for someone to do the Jam with. The way you wrote that it read kinda sarcastic, I may be wrong. It's all good though. Peace

I will be in marietta from march 27th-may21st. I am interning at an ambulance service and am intersted in climbing on my off days. I grew up in atl and am familiar with most of the local areas, although its been sometime since I have climbed there. I would love to get out when possible. I prefer trad, but enjoy sport and bouldering. I have been climbing on and off over the past ten years. dont need teaching, just need motivated partners and gear. I am not able to bring much more than my shoes and harness out there. let me know what you think
