so i've looked in to the lady j for going to the bathroom on the wall, and yes, my harness has leg straps i can undo, but do any of you girls on here have experience with this? i would definitely appreciate any tips!

Cut a 2 liter soda bottle off near the top. Use the top as a funnel into the lower part, which you pour/throw , as the situation requires. Keep the two parts in the Poop Bag.

For #2, do what the guys do.

You don't, you just hold it for a couple days, if you're peeing, then you're drinking too much water.
