This weekend I was a Snoqualie Falls, WA, and saw a bunch of trash people had thrown off the observation deck that had perched on the wall on the way down the falls. I used to scuba dive a lot and a few times a year, the local dive club would go clean out the popular spots at the lake and the lake park folks would haul it off. Is there anything similar going on in parks where the basic park worker cannot get to the trash due to height? The observation deck at this place would be pert of a perfect anchor. I was just thinking a team of 4 people could pick all the trash off that wall on rappel in about 4 hours. Is there anyone local up there that runs a club or is involved in a club looking for such a project? I'm in TX. I was just visiting for the weekend or I'd take on the job myself.
