Need to get on some practise routes to get warmed up to get on another wall this year, make sure I still have my systems down. What are some routes that would be good aid routes? Anything around C or A 1-2. They can be multi-pitch or single pitch I don't care. If you can think of other areas in Arizona let me know, these two looked the most promising. Thanks Geoff

Hi, this does not really answer your question, but I use to go out to suicide rock in CA and Clean Aid the harder thin cracks. This was very good practice for me as far as getting systems down and learning/experiencing soloing. So, you might want to try the same. Have fun, be safe!

Hey Geoff, I have practiced clean aid at Paridise Forks a few times. Nice clean cracks cool temps and not a big hike in. Paridise Lost is cool to climb. And some others on Davidson wall would be cool. I have never done any aid in Sedona but it would be fun to do in sandstone. Since summer is on its way Sedona and Granite Mtn will be getting kind of toasty. Granite mtn would be fun if it were open to climbing this time of year. Some long routes for pracice would be cool. You'll have to wait till July for the Perigrine nesting to end. Plus if you are looking to hump a ton of gear for a few miles up hill then Granite mtn. is your best bet. Have fun and hope this helps. Chris...
