I am taking a class in Vancouver 1st week in August. We're thinking of maybe doing (aid) U Wall starting @ noon after my class on friday. Would we be able to finish it by day's end given an average speed? We are thinking of then hitting Uncle Ben's pn Sat/Sun. Would that be feasible or will traffic be pretty high on U.B.? It also appears according to the guide that you can rap off of U Wall and/or U.B. rather than traverse bellygood. Is this true?

Given an average speed, you most likely won't finish U-Wall if you start at noon. If you can free to 5.11a, then you'll increase your chances of finishing U-Wall in a short day. Uncle Ben's seldom has any traffic on it, although the first two pitches (Merci Me) are common with the Grand Wall, and therefore will be packed on Saturday a.m. People on the Grand would probably not appreciate a slow aid party hauling up Merci Me, although you can avoid hauling Merci Me by hauling after the first pitch of Golden Throat Charmer (with a >60m haul line). Rapping off U-Wall and Uncle Ben's are both straight forward.
