Dear RC.com -
How come when I rate a post as a fly-infested-turd-pile, I am the only person who can see it? When you go to a user's profile to check out post history, you can only see the highly rated trophy posts. Personally, I think there should be a crapometer to give an idea of how full of poo that particular user might be. Otherwise, what fun is voting for the poo anyway?
Just some thoughts on poo and how it can add value to RC.com.

I completely agree, I would love to know if somebody thinks I'm full of poo... No need to tell WHICH user gave you the pile, but I would like to know if there was a pile left..

When the system was originally enacted, it did just that.
Shitty posts got a red marker, rather than just the green ones we see today.

I'm willing to bet, that if OPs got to see the poo on their posts,
a few of them would have so many, that they would have to

If I were smart enough, I would start one of those vote threads to see how many people want to see the poo posts! Do we have any eager volunteers to do this?
I just think the poo pile is funny, and we should take it for all it's worth! who wants to see 'red marks'? I like the turd pile!

I agree. I want to know who is full of poo. but just posting it on RC.com is just selfish we should start a movement(no pun intended :lol: ) I want it listed on driver licenses,phone books,business,elected officials,on peoples cars so we can identify people easily, t-shirts,business cards it should be listed all public records. would not life be easier if we only knew who was full of poo.. :shock:

i believe that your pooped posts do get a brown highlight, but they do not show in your profile for some reason or other. so you have to luck out and find them.

I have to admit I'm a little disappointed. When I saw the title of this thread, I thought it was similar to "worst photos of rc.com". You know, everybody collects the poopiest posts in one spot and hilarity ensues. Could be fun.

Philbox & Tim covered this awhile back, stating why they don't want to advertise the poo posts because it will probably promote them - makes sense.

I couldn't see them directly, but I know they're there from the traces they left (kinda like the quantum mechanics thing with elementary particles). I had greenies on my first two posts, and now they're gone (where's the damn emoticon with a big tear drop running down the cheek). Teaches me to make fun of a self-declared dare devil eXteeme-guy who started having flashbacks of an accident he wasn't involved in, a year and a half after the incident.
Whoops, there I go again - I can't see the poo on this post, but I know it's there. And that's comforting.
