That is sweet, what kind of injury did your wrist have? I ask because my wrists hurt like a bugger after several breaks over the years.

i dont remember what he said about what might be wrong with ti. something was inflamed. but my wrist was popping a lot and when i twisted it, it felt like the bones were grinding together and i had a lot less mobilitiy and range of motion in it. it still pops a little but it doesnt hurt.

thats what my wrist started doing about two months ago. But it's my thumb, if I don't move my wrist around for about 10 minutes then my thumb will pop back and forth when I move it. And I do have less motion, and in some positions I can't use it. And if i curl my thumb into my hand, then wrap my fingers around it and try to bend my wrist sideways it hurts really bad. And I never did anything to hurt it.
