As the weather starts to cool and we all look forward to the coming season I wondered what people's favorite routes are in each grade. So Cal seems rich with sport climbing options and by sharing your faves you might just turn us all on to something (or somewhere) new to us. Please respond with your favorite 5.9, 5.10, 5.11, 5.12, 5.13 and 5.14 (or whichever of these grades you can comment on) routes and tell us which area they can be found in. Thanks, I look forward to seeing people's lists. I'll post my own list after I give this some thought.

I really enjoy Mr. Big at the Stumbling Blocks in Malibu, and had meant to shoot you a PM to thank you for setting that one up. Great use of the rock. Delicious and the new variation to the right on Mount Gorgeous are stellar. All 5.10d I think, or 5.11 for the variation. Cloud 9 at Echo Cliffs is a real kick at 10c and Caffeine on Java Wall 11b is great. The Great Race (10a) at San Ysidro is always fun, just got back from climbing that one, and Face Lift is one of my favorites, though a bit slabby and run-out to describe it as a sport climb. It takes a few optional placements and is 10a-b if you take the most enjoyable line. This would get more play in the Partners - West forum I think. Once it scrolls off the front page, noone really sees it here unless they are surfing the route database.
