Hello Pomarabie,
Feel free to join us. There are some places, an hour or two outside Riyadh that may offer us some bouldering and fun climbs.
If you have the gear and a 4x4 vehicle, there won't be any limits.

Hi Guys
Complete Novice here and looking to leave the couch behind and get into something new. AKB would it be possible to join up with you guys, are any of you expert enough to offer any training, and could you let me know what the closest and best place is to buy gear.

Hey Sunny,
You are most welcome to join us the next weekend. We are planning to go bouldering again.
I am going to try set up a top rope rigging for safety. I hope I'll get it fixed up good so that everyone can climb.
As for now, I hope you should read up on some theories of climbing, belaying, the equipment, etc. I shall go over some lessons with the guys to get them oriented as well.
As for teh gear, finding one in Riyadh is like trying to look for a needle in a camel's haystack! I think the closest place you'll find them will be in UAE. I'll check with a friend in Jeddah if he still has some gears here in KSA.
Anyway, PM and give me your contact details. I shall get in touch with you within the week.
