http://www.nps.gov/jotr

This would be your starting point. There are several campgrounds in the park and none of them have water, so come prepared.

Yeah use the link catbird seat posted and make reservations (Indian Cove is your best choice) now to ensure that you have a campsite. New Years is a very busy time of year for the park. If you can't get reservations then show up early in the week if you can to try and find a site in one of the first come first serve campgrounds inside the park. If you can't get into one of those then there are a couple of BLM areas outside of the park where you can camp and of course motels in town.

Have fun.

I believe that Indian Cove is the only place that takes reservations, but I'm not positive. Personally, I prefer to be "inside" the park, ideally Real Hidden Valley. If you are only bouldering, Jumbo Rocks is fun and should be less crowded. It will be busy for the New Year, so you should arrive early in the week. Have fun; I may see you there.

The campsites that you can reserve are Indian Cove (warmer north end of the park), Sheep Pass (center of the park and probably all booked), and Black Rock (far west end of the park). If it's anything like t-giving, people we claiming the first-come-first-served sites (Hidden Valley, Ryan, Jumbo...) on the weekend prior to the holiday. So best of luck.
