UT Outdoor Festival Feb 14th-18th 2007
Feb. 14th Whitewater Boat Demo Night
Demo the latest boats from Dagger & Wavesport, all for free. LVM will showcase their latest video while you spin the latest gear. Bring your swimsuit, and get ready to get wet.
Location: Student Aquatic Center.
Time: 8pm - 10pm.
Feb. 15th Rock Warrior's Way Clinic & Slideshow
Arno Ilgner, author of Rock Warrior's Way, will teach a clinic on mental control while climbing. Though focused on climbing, his mental training techniques work for all sports.
Clinic requires advanced sign-up. Limit 12 participants.
The slideshow will showcase more mental training techniques and is open to all.
No advanced sign up required.
Clinic Location: Health, PE & Recreation (HPER) Building/Gym 202b.
Slideshow Location: Humanities Building Room 104
Time: Clinic: 2pm. Slideshow: 7pm.
Feb. 16th Telluride Mountain Film Festival
America's premier festival of mountain, adventure, environmental, & cultural films. This program, culling the best of this year's favorites, reveals breathtaking scenery, compelling documentaries, adrenaline-pumping thrills, and complex adventures.
Location: University Center Building Auditorium.
Cost: FREE for UT students, staff, & faculty with valid UT ID.
$8 for Adults. $5 for Students.

Feb. 17th Vol Wall Crankin' for Access Bouldering Competition
This is a charity event to benefit the Access Fund. Climbers of all levels & abilities are welcome to participate in this friendly competition.
Location: Health, PE & Recreation (HPER) Building
Time: Signup: 10:30am-11:30am. Comp: 12pm-6pm.
Cost: ~$10 donation required to participate~
Feb. 18th Early Spring Hike
Join other like-minded individuals as we take in the sites offered by the eastern Tennessee hills. With cool winter days, and leaf-free trees, the views will be outstanding. Open to all levels & abilities.
Requires advanced sign up.
Time: 12pm - 5pm.
