No, I didn't get to go on this trip, but my anti-computer friendly partner did... If anyone wants photos or beta I would be glad to post up ASAP.

I am surprised in the interest in Peyote Dreams. When we did it ('99?) it was already considered beat out, and it lived up to that reputation. Almost every nailed placement was a stack job, most involving 3 or more pins. Many of the scars were 4" x 4" holes in a beak or rurp crack. Kind of ugly. Awesome position on an awesome wall, but the scarring detracts from the quality of the climbing. We found a large flowering Ganga plant right at the base of the wall, the Peyote Greens? Dried it and carried it up the wall for 5 days. Good memories. I remember my girlfriend leading the 5.10 pitch and using every one of our fist sized and bigger cams, the only pitch on the route you will need most of them on. No pictures to protect the innocent, sorry. I could probably provide more info if any one is interested.

Still interested? Cool. I will have to look thru the old pictures and topo to refresh my memory. At work right now, maybe later. Most memorable moment for me...start of 8th Pitch?, first four moves.... a beak, a very tied off knifeblade, a beak stack and a knifeblade/ 0 rp stack. Good Times. More later.

click the QUOTE button to see how the markup is done. I clicked the attachment link, C/P'd the address to the edit message editor. Highlight the address and click the image button below the editor. This will wrap the address within the requisite [image]world wide web address to image here [/image] tags.
