Wondering if the locals could look into the crystal ball for me and forcast the weather in mid-March for Butte/Whiskey Gulch area.
Coming down from Canada to check it out, hope the roads are open....

It should be just fine. I know I'll be out in the area.
I have been out 7 days this February so far in the Batholith, and 6 days in January. March should be great for conditions/temps unless we get some big storms in and around the Homestack Pass/Pipestone/Butte area...
If you shoot me a PM closer to when you plan on heading down I can give you current conditions
You rocking 4wd? The road can be slick.
