maple is in utah and sinks/wild iris are in wyoming.

Potrero Chico. Contrary to popular supposition it is not too hot and there is always something in the shade. Long, multi-pitch sport climbing with super easy approaches and no crowds. Cheap camping, cheap food and cheap beer. What more could you ask for for??

Got to back Ed up on Potrero. I climb from May to August one year and it was freakin great. Its hot mid day but you just wake up early, climb till 12, siesta or swim in the beautiful pools in the potrero, and then climb again. Also, there are no crowds which is nice.
