Moving into the area in august (25/f) & looking for someone to start climbing fairly regularly with- one partner has escaped to seattle & i'm leaving another one in Vermont. Pulling plastic is fine if its more accessible than outdoor... I have a big car and am a WFR- so I can drive and bring band aids. If anyones interested drop a line. -l.

Hey LJ, I'm looking for a climbing partner too. I live in Chapel Hill and am available on most weekends. It's been about five years since I've climbed but that's because I weighed around 230 pounds for a little while there. [Ahem] - So, I'm in good shape now (for good) and really want to get back out there. I was in the learning stages when I stopped climbing - stopped for reasons now beyond me - I love the sport. If you're not interested in picking up newbies, don't sweat it. But let me know if you're interested in helping this kid get back out there. Later . . . Thanks, Jesse

Hi ljdavis I live in Chapel Hill and climb very regularly. Do you have access to any of the UNC gyms? I climb there once a week or so and climb outside about three weekends a month. If you are able to meet and climb indoors, let me know. I will be gone on a climbing trip for the next month (starting Aug 21st) and can meet to climb in NC after that. PM if interested.

Hey CSPROUL, I've been looking for someone to climb with at UNC's wall over at Ram's Head SRC. I work out over there about three times a week so you've probably seen me around. Would you be up for meeting at the wall once or twice a week? I'm at a beginner level right now - I just passed the belay course there a couple weeks ago. Hope we can meet up. TTYL . . . Jesse

I live in Chapel Hill and I, too, am looking for a climbing partner for weekly climbing. I am particularly interested in getting back into multi-pitch trad. I'll climb indoors, but I'd prefer to drive to the hills. Lemme know if you are interested.

Hi all, I'm a transplant living in Cary NC. I'd definatley be up for a few trips up to Pilot Mountain if any of you are interested. I've been climbing 10-15 years. I still don't to trad yet....
