It is only the lenght of the inner "V" that have to be correct. The outher legs of the "M" is for backup and are supposed to have some slack. As for pain in the ass to rig, have you tried?

Notice it is not auto-equlizing, not necessary you say.

More complicated than necessary for your average toprope setup, but looks fine in the drawing (can you give Majid some lessons?), but beware of tri-axial loading on the master point carabiners.
