I think that synopsis on Slashdot said "state parks" incorrectly. The article that it was summarizing only mentions "national parks". I'd like to see them try to card everyone entering the Adirondacks (largest state park in America, containing a few hundred towns. 40 roads enter it, as well as the main highway between NYC and Montreal)
