To reduce the blownout sky and bring out the shadow details of all the shit in the garage.
This photo speaks volumes to me of the supression and our own moratlilty we face from man vs. nature...

umm... but you seem to be at least a half stop overexposed for starters, I'd drop down a full stop.
Also, i hope you informed the owner that whether it runs or not, it's still a piece of junk.
Also, in order to pull off the 'man versus nature' you have to be wearing a black turtleneck, black thick-framed glasses, be holding, in a limp-wristed manner, a wine glass or a cigarette (even better if in a cigarette holder) and have a pretentious and indifferent air about you. A certain amount of variation on this general theme is allowed.
