My wrists will not flex and rotate under pressure without alot of pain right now. Does anyone have any suggestions about how I can tape or temporarily repair my wrists in order to continue training on a wall?

Why don't you start by telling us what you did to them so we have chance to give good advice? Why don't you see a doctor/physio? Why don't you listen to your body and take some time off to let things heal? Sometimes injuries are the bodies way of getting a rest. Perhaps you would be better off with a month off? Paul
