Anyone have any tips on hand taping for cracks. Ive been working a crack and have little skin left on the backs of my hands.

Buy some Metolious tape from your local climbing store-It has a very good diagram about how to tape for cracks on the cardboard label.

It helps to shave the hair off the wrist and back of the hands first.
