Vestigial structures? (I never get to use that term... I think it sounds nice and arrogant, regardless if I've abused it or not).
How about the appendix? or the coccyx(although I think that may have a purpose of some sort).
Well... the insurance factor is nice, but I think I could do without one of my testecles. I'm not planning to do without, I just think that I could.
I'm not sure if I have a use for all of my ribs, but they're there so I'm not complaining.
I also don't feel a strong need for earlobes, but I like my ears the way they are, so I guess I'll keep those too.
For climbing I only need my middle three fingers, unless there are a lot of pinches on the rowt or you want a belay, and then the thumbs might be handy (no pun intended).

The navel isn't useless, it's there so they can countersink the screw that holds your A$$ on. Other wise it would be snagging on your harness.

I was thinking about piercing mine so that I can clip hooks and stuff to them for aid climbing. Talk about hands free aid!
Just as long as those rings, or more importantly the nipples, are rated for at least 350 pounds!
