Yesterday I thought about adding a couple of recommended books to the 'training for noobs' thingy, but then I thought: Hey, why's there no rc.com bookstore?
I mean, we all know that there's like a dozen books every Joe n00b might be interested in reading, like FOTH, John Long's Anchor books, the RWW, the Selfcoached Climber etc.
Instead of recommending them every other week it might be cool to have kind of a bookstore. Besides we could dig out the books section off the Gear pile and make it more prominent, this would be another not-so-annoying way to squeeze money out of the site (like in an affiliate program of amazon or bol or whatever).
Benefit for the user would be the easier access to the books (some of them aren't as easy to find as amazon) and to have them all at one glance.
Just a though.
