I'm two days away from an ABS comp and I'm starting to feel shitty. I popped a multi vitamin, 2 ibuprofen and an alegra, and I'm drinking orange juice like crazy. Does someone know anything else I can do?

That sucks. I'd say sleep sleep sleep. and obviously don't climb while your sick, it'll probably stress out your body and you'll be sick longer. and drink lots of water. And.... what are you sick with? Did I mention sleep? That's when your body has time to repair itself. And eat really healthy, no pop or anything.... Oh god, I sound like my mom Good luck at the comp

lol I'm living in a dorm room who knows what I might have. Hopefully it's really bad allergies making me feel weak/ headache or a mild flu. How is it ya always get sick right b4 something and not some other time when it wouldnt wreck your plans?

Honestly dude i would just get a ton of sleep. Then right before the comp pop an advil and hope it helps. I actauly sometimes can push harder when im sick. SO good luck.

hey thanks for the advice guys. I ended up popping ibuprofen before the comp and felt fine for the duration. I ended pulling through for 3rd place. I crashed like crazy afterwards though. My RA thought I was high I was so out of it. Hopefully I wont have to do that again.
