I may be in Memphis and would want to climb. Is there any good climbing (outdoors) within a two hour drive? I can usually climb 5.10 and sometimes easy .11

Nope. I lived there for two horrible years. The closest climbing is King's Bluff in Clarksville, TN at 3 hours driving. Not much further and in my opinion, much, much better is Jackson Falls in Southern Ill, about 3.5 hours. Also, Horseshoe Canyon Ranch is about 4.5 hours into Arkansas. You can find directions on how to get to King's Bluff by using google maps and putting in "Max Ct. Clarksville, TN". Jackson Falls is near Ozark, IL, there is free camping and tons of quality routes there. Horseshoe Canyon Ranch is near Jasper, the camping cost about $7 a night.

There is some climbing about 2 hours from Memphis. It is near Batesville, AR. Just look up Jamestown Crag for some routes.
