This may be too much to ask for in a boot... but.
I'm planning on a winter expedition big wall. My last pair of boots sucked (ICE 9). May have gotten them too small but still... they sucked. They were vinylized leather.
What I'm looking for is advice on a winter big wall boot. I think plastic would be the way to go. Because this will be an expedition and will be a long trip, I'm thinking about getting two inserts so if one gets too wet I can dry them in my bag if I can.
Now the hard part. I'm a telemark skier, but I'm sooooo bad at it that my friends say that I should give it up and go randonee. Would it be too much to think that a rando boot could be used on a winter wall?
