Both hands? I don't know I never hung there that long. One hand - not really sure but probably on the order of 30 sec to a minute.
Hanging that long doesn't seem real useful so I don't do it.

Obviously with someone tickling you. Otherwise it would be easy. ALso, when I do frenchies, I have someone punch in the face between reps.
