I am planning on going up to North Peak Veteran's Day weekend. Does anybody know if the Saddlebag Lake ferry will still be running?

nope, but i can tell you it's a really great stretch to warm up on -relatively short and quick moving on good trails and flat ground. i remember seeing the boat slowly cruise across the water while i was already scrambling killer rock up on the "approach" ridge...and i'd highly, highly, highly recommend a link-up off the north ridge on conness if the weather looks stable

Be careful!!! There is huge storm coming in. It should close the passes with snow as low 4000 ft.You probably will not be able to get to Tioga pass. Check the Cal-Trans road conditions. The news just said up to 4 to 8 inches of snow.
