Can I add "They don't even stock them" to the list for Liberty Mountain? Well, beggars can't really be choosers can they? Looks like shitty used biners for you. You can get those real cheap.

Do you really need a notchless nose? I think the only time notchless makes a significant difference is for sport climbing when you're cleaning an overhanging route, and you're looking for trad biners. You could save yourself a bunch of money if you didn't want notchless...

Now Wally, you're just going to have to learn that new biners don't grow on trees!

Can't remember the actual price but I got 5 helium biners for half price-ish at urbanrock in London - (they also have a webshop). The reason was that they were 'seconds' - which meant that they had some estetical flaws with the paint job, but were just as safe. They were clearly marked 'Second' on their labels and also have a 'stamp' on the actual biner ('SND' or somethin'). Maybe you can ask around if anyone have deals like this. - just a little tip.. Good luck |

Thanks to someone who actually gets the point, I've been pointed in the right direction toward a retailer I hadn't heard of before. As someone else said, carry on.

This is the closest topic that I could find online that relates to my question (after tons of googling), so hoping some of you can help me out. I'm looking for a light weight, banana-like dildo, that can clip on to my harness. I found tons of banana'ish dildos online, but, none that were "really" banana-like, and none that were light weight enough to add to my rack. FWIW... "Shaped like a banana", and "Feel like a banana" mean totally different things. "Banana-like" must fit both of those descriptions IMHO. The banana dildo I'm looking for "feels" like a banana... for example, if you squeeze on one end, most of the banana meat moves slowly, in a bulging, downward motion, before bursting the seams of the skin. None that I've found have this characteristic for some reason... and they're all uniform in texture. I need slow, bulging, downward motions. It also needs to be lightweight. Any help would be appreciated, Thanks !

What ? Did you even do a search on their sites ? You're the OP, you complain about misinformation, and give it yourself ? What an asshole. I'm looking for a specialty banana dildo, not standard gear for ones rack. nswelton, please post your phone-number... so I can track down your mom for the information I'm looking for. Oh snap.

I was also going to suggest you check up your rectum, but I guess you already did since you took a picture of what you found and posted it here.

Look... this isn't about what I stick in my rectum. It was a reasonable question. Google "banana dildo rock climbing", and what do you find ? This exact post. I'm simply a rock climber who is interested in a realistic banana dildo for my rack, and some jackass like yourself has to provide a bullshit answer. I could reuse your banana shop owner / dildo example here, word for word, but I'd be afraid we might end up in some infinite loop or something. Yeah, it's an odd request, I'll admit it. But, I'm comfortable with my sexuality.... and my dildos for that matter. Back to your mom, that's her quote, referencing yours truly: http://www.urbandictionary.com/...rm=pink+belly+banana

vegastradguy wrote: i bought most of mine retail- buying in bulk got the price down to about $9/per, sometimes lower depending on where i picked them up. usually buying 10 at a time got me the discount- anything less and the shops didnt want to help out. buying at a local gear shop may also be the best option, as being a local often gets you an additional discount. Gear express and some other online retailers will also offer bulk discounts. The plain Heliums are listed for $10.95, and buying 10 or more will get your a 10% discount. That at least brings it down to under $10 a pop. Blems are another good option, but those deals go very quick. If people want good gear cheap, it usually means investing some time to make it happen.

nswelton wrote: I don't like the Shield, which is why I asked about the Helium. If I wanted the Shield, I'd have posted a message entitled "Anyone know where to get Shields on the cheap?" But in fact, I posted a message with a different title referencing not the Shield, but the Helium. I guessed you missed that. But isn't it obvious that I was looking for a Helium? Am I crazy in thinking that it is obvious? I also pointed out quite clearly that I'd searched all over the place for a place that had cheap Helium carabiners. In fact, I went so far as to actually type the words, "I've searched all over the place." Next time I search all over the place, I will try to better communicate to readers on this forum that I indeed searched all over the place. I am not sure how I will accomplish this monumental task of producing clarity, but I am sure I can do it somehow. Why is it that whenever anyone posts something online asking advice about A, they get a bunch of crap about B, even though they didn't ask about B? It happens all the time, even when they are actively seeking out something other than B. Q: Hey, where can I get bananas? My store is out. A: Go to the porn shop and buy dildos. They're the same shape. WTF. I guess if you were of subpar intellect you might assume that the phrase "I want a notchless nose" would indicate that I want anything that has a notchless nose, which would be a reasonable assumption if the phrase had no context, but in point of fact the phrase did have context. The context was that I was looking for a Helium carabiner. I wrote it in the subject of the post. What's the point of pointing me toward spadout.com or libertymountain.com? Do they have them on the cheap? No. Of course not. Of course, I should have realized that you'd be no help because you suggested I go buy a DMM Shield, which was exactly not what I wanted. Anyway, thanks for trying. I appreciate your gesture of good will and helpfulness. When I am dying on the side of the road after a horrific car accident, I can only hope that people who patrol the RC.com message boards offering idiosyncratic advice will be there to save my life. Q: Help, I'm dying, can you help? A: Here's a dildo, it's shaped like a banana. Q: What do I do with it? A: Get on the Internet and figure it out. The point of the post was to see if anyone knows of any specials going on. So let me try again. I will try to be even more straightforward than I was the first time in an attempt to avoid any confusion. Does anyone know of any online shops that I might have missed that are selling discounted Heliums? Thanks I'm sure no one else would be interested either.. Nice way to treat someone trying to help you.. What a ass!
