hello,

i'm headed to rumney this weekend and wanted to know if the main wall closure includes the armed & dangerous area and venus area?

anyone?

Those spots should be fine. Those areas have never been part of the closure in the past, best of my knowledge. They are far below the "Main" part of Main Cliff, and much shorter walls. I don't see peregrines having any interest in nesting there. They like high cliffs to protect their nests.

Just check the board in the parking lot.. they are usually good about noting which walls are closed and which aren't. Also there will be signs on the trees below on the trails if they are closed. That part usually isn't but you never know.
