I'm seriously considering buying a vest after an incident the other night. thought you guys had the five-oh clearing the scene before you even had to step outta the vehicle? that bad, huh? So did we. The cops on the inside of the building with the dead guy on the floor had their guns pointed down the hallway where they 'thought' the shooter was. the cops on the outside said the scene was safe for us to enter. That was your first mistake, you believed them.

Sounds good, but the Mrs. isn't going to like it much. Unless she has a BF of course. I don't think I'll be away climbing the whole 2 weeks I'm back. Besides for the first couple years we were together I was doing mostly field work, including a couple 8 weeks at at time stints in the Yukon and NWT. We made it through that just fine. Only because she had a BF, don't kid yourself.

Seriously fucked up! Yeah, that is fucked up. Why the cops didn't just shoot the guy who knows. Cuz its the screwed up canadian cop logic! They should have shot him right in the head the minute he started waving the knife around. I hear today that he was in the mental hosp right before this...I see it coming. not fit to stand trial. Sent to Mental facility where in 5 years he's "cured" and can roam free. Canadian Judicial system is seriously fucked up. *rant over*

You have no idea how close you were to having it backfire. I was temped to go pee in it just to see it change color. This is true, you are gullable. You can't find it on the site because it is not there, don't bother calling. Cause they will just tell you it is all on the website. Or that they don't know. This is true, most of the time. I had one exception. Was at work, needed HR gov related info. There was a webform where you put your phone number for a gov rep to call you. I input my work number and as soon as I hit enter the phone rang and it was the government office. not shitting you. It was almost spooky. Did they then proceed to give you a big runaround? And tell you all the information is on the website? Even though what you were looking for isn't on the website. Nope, they answered my question. I was totally shocked. Maybe because it was a business tax type question and they want their money.

That would suck if it was Actually, even if WMD fell on a boyscout's path today I think he trip has already been longer than Docs (unless you count Doc's time in the hospital). Maybe we should start a pool? Maybe we could just use L'habitant's? Didn't you pee in her pool? I'd pee in her pool. Are you coming onto me doc? Nope. Just stating my unquenchable desire to matriculate in your pool. well thats a relief...I think. once I figure out what matriculate means I will feel better That word doesn't mean what he thinks it does.
