I don't know much about la sportiva sizing, but madrock sizes are way different. I have one pair of madrock velcros @ size 10, and a pair of lace ups 11.5. the lace ups fit way tighter than the velcros. madrocks are cheaper so maybe they have a lot less consistency in sizing for some reason.

my miuras and solutions are both 39.5.. my testarossas are .5 bigger if you can't try them on then that is the safe bet.. if you like them really tight then maybe go down .5 but i don't think they need to be like that
