there's 2 new routes at providence that me and my climbing partners are going to be working on this weekend and throughout the fall. i spoke with Jim Karpowicz and he told me to go ahead and set it up. i may ask him for some technical advice when it comes to making the routes mixed.

the first line we're going to be setting is about 30 feet to the right of "nice stems" it follows the slab up to where the rock changes from black to white where the crux starts. there's a really awkward undercling to a dyno move. it's going to be a great route. it'll be one of the lower end difficulty routes though. 5.10a/b. the crux move is going to present quite a challenge to those who are vertically impaired so this should be interesting.
