Wow, A ton has happen on the photogrpahy front this week for me. Last Sunday, I spent the day photographing animals at a Safari park. Got some nice images that I am editing even as we speak. I was asked tow rite an article about the place, so I need to edit the images and send them before I go to bed tonight. On Monday I was invited to submit images to two stock sites. One that specializes in Adventure/Action/Outdoor Sports. The other site specializes in Images of Asia and has a large Asian clientele. Both offer a 50/50 commission. They saw my images on Alamy, asked me to submit a sample of what I can do for them, and I was accepted two days later. Now I have a ton of work to do with editing and selecting, hope it pays off. On Wednesday, I receive my new Nikon D90. Haven't shot to many images with it yet, but so far, I am impressed. I had to update my Photoshop to CS4 so I can process the RAW files, but that was quick and easy. The camera and CS4 are tax deductible and came from micro-stock-photo earnings anyways. I also ordered a Sigma lens that is on back order. I'll be replacing my old 35 to 70 Nikkor 2.8 finally. On the photography front, it's been a productive week. On Saturday, I'm headed out to recon a new cliff I spotted awhile back. Looks like some nice Basalt. If all goes well, I have a new camera and a new crag to develop too. Keeping my fingers crossed for some nice cracks. Cheers Eman
