Chihiro "Cherry" Enoki perished in a fall on the slopes of Mt. Shasta. I didn't know her, but sooner or later somebody who did will happen by. On behalf of Rockclimbing.com, I'd like to offer condolences to those friends and loved ones she left behind. It sounds as though she is a remarkable person. If there's anything I or the site can do to help you through this time, please email me: j_ung(at)rockclimbing.com. Jay Young

From Cherry's family: She really was an amazing woman, so full of energy and enthusiasm, everybody became intoxicated by her verve. Her smile was so bright and sweet and genuine. She had so many -- so many friends who loved her. We will all miss her dearly. Thank you for your thoughts.
