How can i improve my ring locks and thin hands..? besides climbing...no cracks here...ak ...but I want to train for the valley.

I built a crack-thing that I use like a hang board. It helped my off-fingers, ring-locks, and tight hands dramatically. It's pretty simple and cheap to make, too. There's some good stuff on this thread, too. http://www.rockclimbing.com/...k%20machine;#2001177
