Aside from them basically being "butt shots" I find the lighting very harsh and contrasty. Shooting in the direct sun is hard to balance out the lighting. Some of the highlights in the skin and chalk marks on the rock are pretty much blown out. The rock looks good and has a nice vibrant color to it. As a climbing photograph from that angle I'd like to at least see the climbers face, maybe as he was looking at foot hold or something where he kinda turned towards you.

The subject is too dead centre. A lot of these shots aren't bad (aside from the blown out highlights, as previously mentioned) but they are very static.
I really don't like calling it the "rule" of thirds since it's not a hard and fast rule, but in general it's a very safe composition to follow for a pleasing result.

Lighting doesn't seem as harsh although still very contrasty but I can at least see who is climbing.
