What's the scene in Cochise this time of year? I've been hanging out in RR and JTree but the wet and cold and wind are killing it for me.

Ben, I feel your pain. Since I left you, it has not been typical weather around here. I bailed on rock and been ice climbing ever since. Just got back from Joe's Valley. A friend of mine from the Gunks arrived in Vegas and promptly went for Cochise. I think that is your best bet. I recommend you go for it.

Probably that is what I will do. May just drift up your way to pay Zion a visit before I go, just for kicks. I've got a place in Vegas until the 5th, so if you want to come down and get on a few classics, I'm up for it. It's supposed to be warming up into the 50s this week.

Ben, I see that (weather). I am up for Monday. Looks nice. Let me know if you are up for that, then we will plan a route. Cheers.

I'd recommend the west side, it's much warmer than the east. The weather now seems great. If you camp near Isle of You or Sheepshead, you may find a partner there. Good luck, pm me for more info.
