Your best bet for getting solid answers would be to post your questions on the SCC forums.

It sounds like (http://seclimbers.org/...=11226&start=252) it'll be another month before the SCC closes on the purchase. Tack on additional time for various things like trailwork, etc and it'll be a while yet.

What is at Yellow Bluff? is it mostly bouldering like HP40? or a little larger outcropping like sandrock? and when does it open!?!
