Does anyone have any experience with building an indoor gym. I have worked construction and built houses for a few years after high school, but I would love any tips anyone has.

IE- what kind and thickness of plywood is needed?
where did you buy your holds?
or did you make your holds?
I heard you can go to railroad tracks get chunks of granite and drill holes in them. I might try this.

anything that may be useful would be great thanks.
