Half? USnavy has something like quadruple or quintuple coverage in some sizes. Unless you're doing aid or climbing at Indian Creek, this is an huge amount of protection. Isn't this a guy that is just looking to cut his teeth on multipitch?

well i guess since you already know what a cam looks like it really overall doesn't make a difference how clear the picture is unless you're hoping to count scratches...

My thought exactly, actually.

Except high def climbing porn is the shitWink

yeah you should see it in 3D

What's more fun?...

Playing with your own rack, or looking at pictures of someone elses?

depends on how big your rack is.

Those both look like a good beginning to a desert rack out here. There’s a route in the local monument that takes 6-8 #2 BD or equivalent to protect it well. Around here we all pool our gear or we don’t climb in the desert.

Yep and with this PLUS another two sets of Metolious Power Cams, I will be set to roll. After all if I am new to trad I probably shouldn’t run it out 15 feet between pieces. Smile Of course I am not bringing all that shit on a route. FrownIt’s too heavy. Frown But at least my options will be open. :) Cool
