I say round up all the climbers in the Valley that drink and smoke wacky weed and banish them. That will leave Thanh and his partner to climb in the Valley by their lonesome. Weak partners are knuckleheads that get stoned and drunk out of their minds and have to be rescued because they can't help themselves.
Uptight partners are the ones that enjoy climbing (or anything else for that matter) without smoking pot or getting drunk.
