Hi to all I think about byuing these two Eric J. Hort's books (Training for Climbing 2nd ed and Conditioning for climbers). I'd like to ask anyone who read both - is it useful to buy both of them, or will Training for Climbing suffice? I know that the latter is strictly about exercises while the former is more about climbing in general, but it is also supposed to contain a lot of information on physical training so I am basically asking if the extra information in Conditioning for climbers isn't way-too-much or unneccassary if you have Training for climbing. Thanks for any insights, H.

I'm not sure what else you'd be looking for. My suggestion for a great book for climbing improvement is The Rock Warriors Way. Every climber should read this book.
