Looking for opinions on this, REI is currentlt selling it at a very good price. Here are the specs New England Equinox 10.2mm x 60m Dry Rope Specs Specification Description Weight 66 grams per meter Dimensions 10.2mm x 60m Impact force 9.8 kilonewtons UIAA falls 8 Dynamic elongation 29 percent Static elongation 4.5 percent I'm not familiar with the dynamic and static elongation. I assume because the dynamic number is greater this means it is a dynamic rope. Bottom line: would you recommend this rope for TR, Sport climbing, and Rapelling?

I've never used a new england rope. But everything with it looks decent for whatever you want to do.

Own it and love it. Bought two more. It's a great rope and honestly I like it more than the $250 rope I have at the same length. It's a great grab at the price. Oh and for TR, Sport and anything else. It's a nice line.
