Not sure if this belongs in Community...sorry if it does.
I'm going to my homeland in 7 days!! 2 years ago I tried to climb Mt. Cotopaxi (the second highest mountain in Ecuador-5930m) we didn't make it because of the weather.
This time I'm going for it. I need lots of luck and prayers
I'm also planning to climb Carihuairazo, both Ilinizas and Cayambe. This last one is a big shot for me.
I'll do my best and I'll report to you guys when I'm back

Good luck - its been too long since I was last down in Ecuador. Are you going to do the normal route or La Rampa on Illiniza Sur?

last time i went to Iliniza Sur, I went through the normal route. A good friend of mine has gone through la rampa. I am not sure, im going with my friend who live there. We pretty much do whatever we feel like. We've been climbing those mountains since we were 12, thats why
