Hey everyone, I have been climbing for two years now and now I am training to push to the next level. I am stuck traveling for 2 months away from the gym and I have never really used a fingerboard for a workout. Any suggestions on a beginner routine, any links? Thanks guys

hang on the door frame (fingertips) for 10sec. - 1minute rest.
repeat 10 times. 3-5 times a week during your travel.

if to easy, use less fingers.
every second day you vary- one day ½crimp(no thump).
the next day open hand(strait fingers and only 3 of them)
