Access shouldn't be a problem. Its right by UTSA along UTSA blvd. U can park in the apartments across from Valero Way? and then walk under and to the right of the first bridge you get to. The boulders are up against the bank.

About 2 hours with a shovel and broom would have this place looking good.

Fuck it. I'll help. Go send this BS and never go back. Looks cool for a quick in-and-out in a new (to me) spot. Haven't been yet, but I heard there may be potential for something harder? Might make it worth it.
